Developed for hospitals, colleges and universities, this ceiling mounted solution helps eliminate trailing leads and improves both safety and organisation in busy learning environments.
Manufactured from high quality aluminium, our Centaur electrical pendant offers a strong construction that is built to withstand the demands of educational facilities, healthcare environments and laboratories. The pendant is supplied with a steel fixing plate that mounts securely to the ceiling or support framework, with angled support brackets connecting the plate to the pendant body to provide a stable suspended installation.
The design features a four sided aluminium profile, maximising accessibility to power and data outlets from multiple directions around a workstation. To simplify installation, the system also incorporates two sided trunking for cable entry, allowing supply cables to be neatly routed from above.
At the lower section of the pendant, outlets can be configured to suit project requirements. As standard, the unit is supplied with eight 2 gang dry lining boxes, but 1 gang and 2 gang outlet arrangements can be specified depending on the application. This could include plain faces or one outlet per face. This flexible configuration allows contractors and specifiers to adapt the pendant for a wide range of applications and desk based environments.
Finished in a durable RAL 9016 traffic white powder coat, the pendant complements modern interiors while providing long lasting protection against wear. Units are available in lengths of up to 3 metres, offering extended coverage for larger environments and multi-user workspaces.
