New Surface Boxes from Centaur
47mm deep radius corner surface boxes have been added to the existing range of Centaur surface boxes. Available with conduit and mini trunking knockouts or plain sides in both 1 gang and 2 gang variants.
To provide the installer with choice, there is the option of knockouts or not. Should you choose the box with knockouts the 1 gang version has 1x 20mm conduit knockout and 1x mini trunking knockout, which due to the different mini trunking adaptors can accommodate our CMT1 or CMT2 mini trunking (and the self-adhesive versions).
The 2 gang version has 3x 20mm conduit knockouts (2 in the top and 1 in the bottom) and 3x mini trunking knockouts (1 in the top and 2 in the bottom). All knockouts are flush to the outside face of the boxes to maximise the overall finished aesthetic.
Our new 47mm deep surface boxes are manufactured from a high impact resistant PVCu to ensure a robust and durable product for any application. The inherent characteristics of the PVCu material ensures that it is self-extinguishing in the event of fire.
These latest additions compliment an extensive range of boxes currently available from Centaur. With a wide variety of choice, we offer 1 and 2 gang boxes with conduit & mini trunking knockouts, plain sided boxes and multi entry 32mm deep boxes.
Our existing ranges are available with either square or round corners, this ensures we are able to provide the installer with the required box for each installation depending on the style of accessories they will be fitting. There is even an offering of 35mm flush fitting surface boxes with multiple knockouts and supplied with one fixed and one adjustable lug to ease the installation.
